Prohibited items include hazardous materials, firearms, perishable items, or valuables unless explicitly declared and insured.
7. Pricing and Payments
- Pricing depends on weight, distance, and urgency.
- Payments must be made within 30 days of invoicing.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations before pickup may incur fees. No refunds are provided once the consignment is in transit.
9. Claims and Compensation
Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
